Data collected on this website is processed by Danxo Labs. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@danxolabs.com.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us:

• through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, approximate budget and message;
• through the AI assistant: the questions you type into the chat window;
• when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: the information contained in your messages.

How we use your data

This data is used only to:

• reply to your request and get back in touch with you;
• prepare a quote and, where relevant, follow up on our work together.

It is never sold or transferred to third parties, and is not used for advertising.

Recipients and service providers

Your data is accessible only to the Danxo Labs team. To run the website, we rely on technical service providers based in the United States:

• Resend, which delivers the messages sent through the contact form to us;
• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides audience measurement;
• Anthropic, whose AI model (Claude) generates the assistant's answers from the questions you type. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on our relationship, and at most three years after our last exchange. Conversations with the assistant are not stored by us.

Audience measurement and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website traffic and measure its performance. These tools do not use cookies and produce aggregated statistics that cannot identify you. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under Law No. 2017-20 on the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@danxolabs.com: we will reply as soon as possible.

You may also file a complaint with Benin's personal data protection authority (Autorité de Protection des Données à caractère Personnel, APDP).
